Detox with a Ginger Bath!
Add 1/2 cup of fresh grated ginger or 2 teaspoons of powdered ginger to a warm bath. Soak for 15 minutes.This will open the pores, make you sweat and help to detoxify you, just like a sauna. Give yourself a rinse afterwards.
